摘 要:校园文化是学校办学水平和精神风貌的重要体现。良好的校园文化不但能提升教师的职业归属感和专业能力,促进学生持久、健康成长,还能助推学校的可持续发展。语文课程资源是校园文化的载体,有助于校园人文气息的形成。语文教师要高度重视校园文化的独特性和重要性,有意识地利用语文课程资源助推校园文化影响力发展,以营造充满人文气息的校园文化环境,增强校园文化育人功能。文章提出语文课程资源助推校园文化的策略,以期给相关研究带来参考。Campus culture is an important embodiment of a school's educational level and spiritual outlook.A good campus culture can not only enhance teachers'sense of professional belonging and professional ability,promote students'sustained and healthy growth,but also promote the sustainable development of schools.Chinese curriculum resources are the carrier of campus culture and contribute to the formation of campus humanistic atmosphere.Chinese teachers should attach great importance to the uniqueness and importance of campus culture,consciously use Chinese curriculum resources to promote the development of campus cultural influence,in order to create a humanistic campus cultural environment,and enhance the educational function of campus culture.This article proposes strategies for promoting campus culture through Chinese curriculum resources,with a view to providing reference for relevant research.
