摘  要:学分银行是我国以终身学习为理念、构建学习型社会的实践探索,将学分银行融入高职旅游类人才培养模式中,不仅可以突破时间和空间对传统教学的限制,而且能够拓宽旅游类人才成长通道,促使高职教学质量全面提升。为此,高职院校将学分银行实施于旅游类专业人才培养模式中,通过建立课程兑换矩阵、深化课证融通模式、完善学分成果标准等措施,深化学分银行的实施深度,推动高职旅游类人才培养模式改革向纵深发展。The“credit bank”is a practical exploration of China's lifelong learning concept and the construction of a learning oriented society.Integrating credit banks into the training mode of higher vocational tourism talents can not only break through the limitations of time and space on traditional teaching,but also broaden the channels for the growth of tourism talents and promote the comprehensive improvement of higher vocational teaching quality.To this end,vocational colleges have implemented credit banks in the training mode of tourism professionals.By establishing a course exchange matrix,deepening the integration mode of course certificates,and improving credit achievement standards,measures have been taken to deepen the implementation depth of credit banks and promote the reform of the training mode of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges.
