案例式教学法在口腔黏膜科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：口腔黏膜病病因复杂、形态各异,教学内容知识点繁杂、容易混淆,这样既增加了教学口腔黏膜病的难度,又增加了口腔黏膜科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)的难度,是教学培训的重点及难点。将案例式教学法引入口腔黏膜科住培教学中,是本科教学的拓展和延伸,为口腔黏膜科住培医师临床实习提供更积极的教育环境,提高整体教学质量与水平。通过案例式教学法的推广应用,口腔黏膜科医师更加扎实地掌握本专业的重点和难点,更加行之有效地为临床实习提供方法,比传统临床带教更有优势,为培养优秀的住培医师发挥巨大的作用。因此,值得在口腔黏膜病的住培中应用和借鉴案例式教学方法。The etiology of oral mucosal diseases is complex,the morphology is different,and the teaching content is complex and easy to be confused,which not only increases the difficulty of teaching oral mucosal diseases,but also increases the difficulty of standardized training of residents in the department of oral mucosa.It is the key and difficulty of teaching and training.The introduction of casebased teaching method into the resident training teaching of department of oral mucosa is the expansion and extension of undergraduate teaching,which provides a more positive education environment for the clinical practice of residents in the department of oral mucosa,and improves the overall quality and level of teaching.Through the application of case-based teaching method,oral mucosal disease physicians can grasp the key points and difficulties of their specialty more firmly,provide methods for clinical practice more effectively,have more advantages than traditional clinical teaching,and play a huge role in training excellent residents.Therefore,case-based teaching method is worthy of application and reference in the resident training of oral mucosal diseases.
