摘 要:以白酒丢糟为原料,采用酸解法提取纤维素纳米晶须(Cellulose nanocrystals, CNCs),将CNCs、胶原蛋白(Collagen, COL)和黄原胶共混制备复合膜.采用单因素及响应面实验确定CNCs的提取工艺,以溶胀性为指标,探讨了CNCs-COL复合膜的制备工艺.利用扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscopy, SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, FT-IR)、X-射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer, XRD)及热重分析仪(Thermogravimetric, TG)等对LC、CNCs及复合膜的微观形貌、化学结构、晶型结构及热稳定性进行表征.结果表明,CNCs提取工艺条件为盐酸浓度11%,水解时间110 min,水解温度70℃.所提取CNCs呈规则棒状,具有典型纤维素的红外光谱特征,纤维素晶型为Ⅰ型,结晶度为43.91%,热稳定性优于纤维素;当CNCs与COL质量比1∶10,黄原胶质量分数0.5%,复合温度40℃,复合时间2 h时,CNCs-COL复合膜具有良好的溶胀性,具有较规则的孔隙结构,具有优良的热稳定性.研究结果可为白酒丢糟高值化、无害化转化利用及CNCs-COL基医用敷料的开发提供技术支持.Cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)were prepared from distilling grains by acid hydrolysis,then CNCs,Collagen(COL)and xanthan gum were blended to prepare composite membranes.The extraction process of CNCs was determined by single factor and response surface experiment,and the technological conditions of preparing composite film with CNCs,COL and the composite film were investigated with swelling as indexes.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Thermogravimetric(TG)analyzer,etc.were used to characterize the microstructure,chemical structure,crystal structure and thermal stability of LC,CNCs and CNCs-COL composite films.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of CNCs were hydrochloric acid concentration of 11%,hydrolysis time of 110 min,hydrolysis temperature of 70℃.The prepared CNCs showed regular rod shape and had the infrared spectrum characteristics of typical cellulose.The crystalline form of cellulose was type I,the crystallinity was 43.91%,and the thermal stability was slightly higher than that of cellulose.When the mass ratio of CNCs to COL was 1∶10,the mass fraction of Xanthan gum was 0.5%,the composite temperature was 40℃,and the composite time was 2 h,CNCs-COL composite membranes have good swelling,relatively regular pore structure,and excellent thermal stability.The research results can provide technical support for the high value of liquor loss,harmless transformation and utilization,and the development of CNCs-COL-based medical dressing.
