摘  要:为了解幼儿教师人格特质及教学效能感的现状和关系,以250名福建省幼儿教师为对象,采用《大五人格问卷简式版》和《教学效能感量表》,经数据分析发现幼儿教师的大五人格、教学效能感水平均处于中等水平,宜人性和开放性人格特质明显;幼儿教师的大五人格与其教学效能感密切相关,其中外向性、宜人性、尽责性和开放性均对个人积极教学效能感呈显著正向预测作用;外向性和开放性对个人消极教学效能感呈显著负向预测作用。In order to understand the status quo and relationship between preschool teachers'personality traits and teaching efficacy,250 preschool teachers in Fujian Province were used as the object,using the"Big Five Personality Questionnaire Simplified Version"and"Teaching Efficacy Scale",and found that the levels of the Big Five personality and teaching efficacy are all at the medium level,and the personality traits of agreeableness and openness are obvious;the Big Five personality of preschool teachers is closely related to their teaching efficacy,among which are extraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness.Personal positive teaching efficacy has a significant positive predictive effect;extroversion and openness have a significant negative predictive effect on personal negative teaching efficacy.
