摘  要:以全株苎麻、苎麻副产物为主要培养料栽培平菇,对平菇生长、子实体营养成分及栽培平菇后培养料营养成分的影响进行研究。试验设计6个试验配方和1个对照配方,以平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)川平5号为供试菌株,全株苎麻、苎麻副产物与水稻秸秆按比例混合,以仅添加棉籽壳为对照,研究全株苎麻、苎麻副产物与水稻秸秆混合比例对平菇菌丝、营养品质和生物学产量的影响。结果表明,以T_2配方(苎麻副产物65%、水稻秸秆15%、麦麸15%、过磷酸钙2%、蔗糖1%、石灰1%)效果最佳,生物学效率为104.66%,较对照提高11.23%,粗蛋白含量与粗多糖含量为22.66%与5.54%,较对照分别增加5.99%与2.36%。In order to investigate the effects of the cultivation of oyster mushrooms with ramie and ramie by-products as the main culture materials,respectively,on the growth of oyster mushrooms,the nutrient composition of fruiting bodies and the nutrient content of the culture material after cultivation of oyster mushrooms.The experimental design was designed for 6 experimental formulas and 1 control formula,with Pleurotus ostreatus Chuanping No.5 as the test strain,the whole plant of ramie,ramie by-products and rice straw were mixed proportionally,and the effects of the mixing ratio of ramie,ramie by-product and rice straw of the whole plant on the hyphae,nutritional quality and biological yield of the whole plant were studied.The results showed that the T 2 formula(65%of ramie by-products,15%of rice straw,15%of wheat bran,2%of calcium superphosphate,1%of sucrose,1%of lime)had the best effect,and the biological efficiency was 104.66%,which was 11.23%higher than that of the control,and the crude protein content and crude polysaccharide content were 22.66%and 5.54%,which were increased by 5.99%and 2.36%respectively compared with the control.
