摘  要:可变磁通记忆电机可以通过施加直轴脉冲电流来改变低矫顽力永磁体的磁化状态,实现气隙磁场的调节,但是调磁操作将会引起明显的转速波动,从而降低驱动系统稳定性。该文提出一种基于转矩观测器的记忆电机新型滑模速度控制器,以降低调磁期间的转速波动。首先,提出一种基于改进趋近律的滑模速度控制器,该趋近律基于反双曲正弦函数和幂指数函数,可有效抑制滑模抖动并加快状态变量趋近滑模面的速度。其次,提出一种超扭曲滑模转矩观测器来观测负载转矩,并补偿至速度控制器中,以提高驱动系统的动态性能。特别地,提前辨识记忆电机调磁期间模型,并补偿至转矩观测器,从而更准确地观测调磁期间剧烈变化的扰动转矩。此外,采用前馈电流控制器,通过补偿调磁操作电压以提高电流跟踪能力。最后,通过实验验证所提出控制方法的可行性和有效性。The air-gap magnetic field of variable flux memory machine(VFMM)can be adjusted by applying a d-axis pulse current to change the magnetization state(MS)of the employed low coercivity permanent magnet.However,such MS manipulations will cause distinct speed fluctuations,thus degrading the stability of drive system.This paper proposes a new torque observer based sliding mode speed controller for VFMM to mitigate the speed fluctuations during MS manipulations.First,a sliding mode speed controller based on an improved reaching law is developed by employing an inverse hyperbolic sine function and a power term of state variables,which can effectively suppress the chattering problem and accelerate the state variable to the sliding mode surface.Secondly,a super-twisting sliding mode torque observer is proposed to estimate the load torque,which is then compensated into the speed controller to improve the dynamic performance of the drive system.Particularly,the model of VFMM is identified in advance and then employed in this torque observer to more accurately estimate the drastically changed torque disturbance during MS manipulation.In addition,a feedforward current controller is adopted to increase the current tracking ability by compensating the MS manipulation voltage.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control method are verified by experimental measurements.
