摘 要:随着现代网络技术的迅速发展,我国政府日益注重对高等院校的资金支持,学校经费的支持也是A高校教师招聘工作进行的重要基石。A高校教师的招聘成本涉及招收、甄选、招聘、培养与安置等各个环节中所产生的成本费用,必须予以重视,还要特别关注高校教师招聘的后续成本核算问题。正是因为招聘对象本身的特殊性,导致目前A高校在教职工招录中存在不计成本、与录用要求不符的问题。因此,关于成本核算和风险管理,应该建立成本计划与招聘考核体系,并及时进行制订详细、动态的高校教师招聘计划等基础性管理工作,采用科学的人才评估体系和应对方法。With the rapid development of modern network information technology,the state attaches more and more importance to the investment in higher education,and the strong support of funds is the basis for the recruitment of teachers in A University.The recruitment cost of teachers in A University includes the costs incurred in various aspects of recruitment,selection,recruitment,training and placement,and it is particularly necessary to pay attention to the follow-up cost of teacher recruitment.Due to the characteristics of the recruitment target itself,which has caused the risks such as the current costlessness and unreasonable appointment standards in the recruitment of teachers in A University,in view of the cost and risk control,the cost budget and recruitment evaluation system should be established,the basic work of teacher recruitment planning should be done in advance,and the scientific and reasonable talent evaluation mechanism should be adopted.
