摘  要:目前国内食品质量安全是食品生产首要关注点,也需要更多的专业型技术人员。因此,高职院校的食品质量安全类课程得到了广泛重视,而在人才培养方面,还需要投入更多的培养方案。近年来,1+X职业技能等级证书制度引起了广泛关注,并且对课程教学产生了积极影响,进一步提高了食品行业领域专业型技术人才的筛选和培养效率。通过网络调查问卷的形式,进一步深入统计分析1+X职业技能等级证书开发对于高职院校食品质量安全类课程的影响,并对于食品安全类课程中的教学困惑和内容进行结果分析。At present,domestic food quality and safety is the primary concern of food production and needs more professional technicians.Therefore,the food quality and safety courses have received extensive attention,training programs need to be invested in personnel training in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,the 1+X vocational skill level certificate system has attracted wide attention and has had a positive impact on course teaching,further improving the efficiency of screening and training professional and technical personnel in the food industry.Through the form of online questionnaire,this paper further analyzed the impact of the development of 1+X vocational skill level certificate on the food quality and safety courses in vocational colleges,and analyzed the teaching confusion and content of food safety courses.
