摘 要:教师教育体系是人才培养体系的上游体系,也是教师队伍建设工作中的核心体系。建设具有中国特色的高质量教师教育体系应从六个关键点发力:一是根据教育发展需要,提升培养培训体系的层次;二是注重协同创新,建立开放、协调、联动的教师教育体系;三是加大对落后地区所需教师的定向培养和精准培训,推进区域协同发展;四是确定教师教书育人素质目标,通过质量保障体系建设严把培养培训质量;五是建设教师教育学科专业体系,保证教师教育者的素质与投入;六是构建“互联网+”教师教育体系,以信息化助力教师教育发展。Teacher education system is the upstream of talent development system and the core system in the construction of the teaching work force.To build a high-quality teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,efforts should be made from six crucial aspects.The first is to upgrade the level of cultivation and training system according to the need of education development.The second is to pay attention to collaborative innovation and establish an open,coordinated teacher education system.The third is to increase efforts in the state-planned contractual program and targeted training of teachers needed in backward areas to promote regional coordinated development.The fourth is to set clear competence and attainment goals on teachers’teaching and educating practice,and control quality through the construction of quality assurance system.The fifth is to build a specialized system of teacher education discipline to ensure the competence and commitment of teacher educators.Sixth,an“Internet+”teacher education system should be constructed to support the development of teacher education with information technology.
