摘　　要：当前职业教育已进入“类型教育”的新发展阶段,而专业建设滞后于区域经济社会发展一直是高职教育的通病。研究试图从高职院校专业群支撑体系的视角,结合“社区管理与服务”专业群建设,从师资队伍的优化、实训基地与真实岗位的契合度、质量保障体系的构建以及国际交流合作等方面展开探讨,分析破解这一难题的有效路径。While the vocational education has entered the new development stage of"type education",the lagging behind of programme construction compared to regional economic and social development has always been a common failing of higher vocational education.Based on the construction of the community management and service programme group,this paper discusses the optimization of the teaching staff,the compatibility between the training base and the real post,the construction of the quality guarantee system and the international exchange and cooperation,etc,so as to come up with the effective way to solve the problem.
