社区护理学线上教学方法的研究进展

摘　　要：社区护理学是本科护理学专业的必修课程,其任务是培养具备能胜任社区卫生服务工作所需的知识、理念和技能的护士。社区护理学采用线上教学方式,既可以突破地域限制,有效利用优秀师资进行更广泛的教学,保证同质化培训,又可使培训实施更便捷,且能突破线下教学及一些常规教学法的局限。通过检索万方、中国知网、PubMed等数据库,收集近年文献,对社区护理学线上教学方法包括团队合作学习、情境模拟学习、游戏式学习、混合式学习等的特点与应用进行综述,以期为不同社区选择适合的教学方法提供参考。Community nursing is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in nursing,and its mission is to train nurses with the knowledge,ideas,and skills required in community health services.The adoption of online teaching methods for community nursing can break through the geographical limitation and make an effective use of the high-quality teachers to accomplish more extensive teaching,thus ensuring homogeneous training.Furthermore,online teaching makes the training more convenient and overcome the limitations of offline teaching and some conventional teaching methods.By searching literature in databases including Wanfang,CNKI,and PubMed,the authors summarized the features and applications of different online teaching methods of community nursing including team-based learning,situational simulation-based learning,game-based learning,and blended learning,in an attempt to guide the application of different teaching methods in different communities.
