摘　　要：对护士职业召唤的概念、评估工具、作用、现状、影响因素及提升策略等进行综述,以期为护理管理者构建提高护士职业召唤水平的干预方案提供参考,从而提高护士工作满意度,促进护理队伍的建设与发展。This article reviews the concept,evaluation tools,outcome,current situation,influencing factors and promotion strategies of nurses′career calling,in an effort to provide reference for nursing managers to construct intervention programs to improve the level of nurses′career calling,to enhance nurses′job satisfaction,and to promote the construction and development of nursing teams.
