摘  要:在通行的高等教育质量评价机制中,采用量化指标是常见方式,但难以有效衡量不同类型的教育活动。作为现代医学教育体系的重要组成部分,医学人文教育在内涵和特征上具有独特性,要求在教育过程中实现高频次、高质量的师生互动,建立稳定有效的师生连通,确保教育活动的顺利展开。基于连通性视角,有必要从医学人文教育活动的核心行动者出发,建构非量化的教育质量评价机制,以有效提升教学效果和课程质量。In the current higher education quality evaluation mechanism,it is common to adopt quantitative indicators,but it is difficult to effectively measure different types of educational activities.As an important part of the modern medical education system,medical humanities education is unique in connotation and characteristics,which requires high frequent and high-quality interaction between teachers and students in the education process.The stable and effective connectivity between teachers and students is needed to ensure the smooth development of educational activities.Based on the perspective of connectivity,it is necessary to construct a non-quantitative education quality evaluation mechanism from the core actors of medical humanities education activities,so as to more effectively improve the teaching effect and curriculum quality.
