Optimization of extraction process of total flavonoids from Taiwan Malus doumeri by response surface methodology and its antioxidant activity

摘  要:采用超声辅助提取台湾林檎叶片总黄酮。以总黄酮得率为指标,在单因素试验基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺,并研究总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为提取时间43 min、乙醇体积分数63%、料液比1∶41(g/mL)时,在此条件下总黄酮得率12.23%;台湾林檎总黄酮对DPPH·清除率高达88.5%,接近于维生素C,表明其具有较强的抗氧化活性。The flavonoids of leaves of Taiwan Malus doumeri was extracted by ultrasonic assisted extrac⁃tion.Taking the yield of total flavonoids as index,the extraction process was optimized by response sur⁃face methodology on the basis of single factor experiment,and the in vitro antioxidant activity of total fla⁃vonoids was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:extraction time 43 min,ethanol volume fraction 63%,and solid⁃liquid ratio 1∶41(g/mL).Under these condi⁃tions,the total flavonoid yield was 12.23%.The total flavonoids of Taiwan Malus doumeri had a high DPPH·clearance rate of 88.5%,which was close to vitamin C,indicating its strong antioxidant activity.
