摘  要:科学描述、分析和解决来华留学生的学习生活适应性问题,是实现留学生教育提质增效的有效途径。本文采用扎根理论方法,通过三级编码的研究范式对来华留学生学习适应行为的影响因素进行了梳理和分析,并对引起学习适应的原因要素、状态要素和行为要素进行整合与总结;研究成果阐明了来华留学生学习适应行为的影响因素与作用路径,符合SOR(刺激有机体反应)理论范式,对探究来华留学生学习适应的影响因素、优化培养策略具有重要意义。Describing,analyzing,and solving the problems of adapting to study and life of international students in China scientifically is an effective way to realize the quality and efficiency of the education of international students.This paper adopts the grounded theory and a three-level coding research paradigm to sort and analyze the factors influencing the learning adaptation behavior of international students in China and to integrate and summarize the elements that cause learning adaptation,including causal,state,and behavioral elements;The research results clarify the influencing factors and pathways that influence the adaptation behavior of international students,which is consistent with the S-O-R(stimulus-organism-response)theory paradigm,and is important for exploring the factors of learning adaptation of international students and optimizing cultivation strategies.
