基于实习生视角的顶岗实习课程思政实施研究——以高职旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：因自身特殊性,顶岗实习课程思政实施面临较大挑战,为此,对扬州市职业大学在江苏、上海、北京等地高星级酒店参与顶岗实习的学生开展问卷调查,并从实习生的视角分析顶岗实习课程思政的实施现状,剖析学校、企业和指导教师层面实施顶岗实习课程思政存在的问题,进而提出完善顶岗实习课程思政实施的体制机制、促进顶岗实习企业深度参与课程思政实施、提升顶岗实习指导教师课程思政实施能力、充分利用新媒体拓展课程思政实施渠道等改进措施。Due to its own features,to implement ideological and political education in internship,we are facing great challenges.To solve this problem,a questionnaire survey was carried out for students who participated in the top hotels in Jiangsu,Shanghai,Beijing and other provinces or cities.Based on the data,this paper analyses the current situation of implementation of ideological and political education during the internship from the perspective of interns,and finds the problems existing in schools,enterprises and instructors.Finally,it puts forward the measures such as improving the system and mechanism of the ideological and political education,encouraging the enterprises to deeply participate in it,improving the instructors' ability,and making full use of new media to expand the ideological and political education.
