摘　　要：目的探讨如何更合理地设置临床医学专业本科医院药学选修课。方法分析临床医学本科教学的课程设置,基于医院药学课程的名称、内容设置、考核方式等方面设计调查问卷,根据调查结果比较上述内容变更前(2013年至2019年)与变更后(2022年)的效果。结果课程名称由“临床药学”变更为“药事管理与精准药学”,课程内容设置由仅包括总论(2019年有1条各论)变更为包括总论、各论和实习3个部分后,选课人数百分比有了一定升高,且改用调研感想形式进行课程考核,问题主要包括对精准药学的理解、药事管理与精准药学在临床工作中的重要性,今后如何与临床药师合作等。选择来自医疗机构具有多年临床经验的临床药师为临床医学专业第四学年第二学期的本科生授课,同时,学生建议增加案例教学和实习课程等内容。结论临床医学专业本科医院药学课程设置应以案例教学和实践教学为主,并在教学过程中促进授课方式和内容的完善。Objective To investigate how to rationally design the optional course of hospital pharmacy for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine.Methods The curriculum design of clinical medicine teaching for undergraduates was analyzed,a questionnaire was designed based on the name,content setting and assessment methods of hospital pharmacy courses,and the effects of the above course content before(2013—2019)and after(2022)the change were compared based on the survey results.Results The course name was changed from″Clinical Pharmacy″to″Pharmaceutical Management and Precision Pharmacy″,and the course content was changed from only including the general introduction(there was one monography in 2019)to including three parts:the general introduction,monography and internship,the percentage of students who chose the course increased to a certain extent.In addition,the course assessment was conducted in the form of research and reflection,mainly including the understanding of precision pharmacy,the importance of pharmaceutical management and precision pharmacy in clinical work,and how to cooperate with clinical pharmacists in the future.Clinical pharmacists from medical institutions with many years of clinical experience were selected to teach undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in the second semester of the fourth academic year.Meanwhile,the undergraduates suggested adding case teaching and internship courses.Conclusion The curriculum design of the optional course of hospital pharmacy for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine should focus on case teaching and practical teaching,and promote the improvement of teaching methods and content during the teaching process.
