摘  要:江苏科技大学以具有鲜明行业特色的船舶与海洋工程专业为依托,将学科竞赛和创新训练融入教学,建立国家、省、校、院四级创新训练体系,探索本科生导师制,发挥专业教师科研能力和水平优势。利用船舶工程实验教学示范中心、船舶数字化设计制造工程实践教育中心及各类创新实践平台等资源和条件,构建学科竞赛、创新训练、本科毕业设计过程控制三位一体的创新实践教学模式,为创新人才培养提供一种途径。This paper is based on the ship and ocean engineering specialty with distinctive industry characteristics of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,integrate discipline competition and innovation training into teaching,establish a Four-level innovation training system at the national,provincial,school and college levels,explore the undergraduate tutorial system,and give full play to the scientific research ability and level advantages of professional teachers.Using the resources and conditions of our ship engineering experimental teaching demonstration center,ship digital design and manufacturing engineering practice education center and various innovative practice platforms,this paper constructs an innovative practice teaching mode of high-quality teaching resources,discipline competition,innovation training,graduation design integration,so as to provide a way for the cultivation of innovative talents.
