摘　　要：“十四五”规划把职业教育放到了空前重要的地位,强调要将我国由职业教育大国建设成为职业教育强国。高职院校肩负着新型高技能人才培养的重担,为实现这一目标,转变传统人才培养模式不足的局面、创新优化升级高职院校人才培养模式迫在眉睫。从以下几方面为高职学前教育专业人才培养提供创新思路:明确人才培养目标,培养优质高能的大国工匠;强化思政元素,融通专业课和公共课;增强课程设置的针对性,专业课围绕考证展开;创设通用专业课,构建专业群和产业集群;对标职业技能大赛,倾斜课程设置;打造重点特色课程,推进“产教融合”。Vocational education has been raised to an unprecedented important position in“14th Five-Year Plan”,emphasizing the need to build China from a big country in vocational education to a powerful country in vocational education.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the burden of cultivating new high skilled talents.In order to achieve this goal,it is urgent to change the situation of lack of traditional talent training mode and to innovate,optimize and upgrade the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges.First,take the construction of a new talent chain as the training goal.Second,strengthen the ideological and political education of the curriculum and integrate the public courses of professional courses.Third,strengthen the pertinence of subject setting,and carry out professional courses around textual research.Fourth,create general professional courses and build professional groups and industrial clusters.Fifth,the vocational skills competition should be bench-marked and the curriculum should be tilted.Sixth,create key characteristic courses and promote the“integration of industry and education”.
