摘 要:基础理论课程理论性较强,为体育类专业的基础课程。基础理论课程相比其他课程而言晦涩难懂,学生对基础理论学习热情偏低,信心不足。这些客观因素,为体育类高校中基础理论课的讲授提出了更高的要求。为深化教育改革,适应时代需要,克服不利因素,提升教学质量,要求相关教师在教学过程中不断深入创新。该文以运动生理学的教学实践创新经验为例,从课程目标、教学资源、课程内容、教学评价4个角度对作者在教学实践中的创新与经验进行了阐述,为进一步发展和完善相关基础理论课程建设提供参考与借鉴。The basic theory course is highly theoretical and is a fundamental course for sports majors.Compared with other courses,basic theory courses are obscure and difficult to understand,and students are less enthusiastic and less confident in learning basic theory.These objective factors put forward higher requirements for the teaching of basic theory courses in physical education colleges and universities.In order to deepen the educational reform,adapt to the needs of the times,overcome unfavourable factors and improve the quality of teaching,relevant teachers are required to make continuous and in-depth innovation in the process of teaching.Taking the innovative experience of teaching practice of Exercise Physiology as an example,this paper expounds the author's innovation and experience in teaching practice from four perspectives:course objectives,teaching resources,course content and teaching evaluation,so as to provide reference and models for further developing and improving the construction of relevant basic theory courses.
