教育现代化背景下教育学者介入教育实践的意涵

摘  要:教育现代化提出推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的建设,基于公共治理理论,这一目的的达成需要推动社会层面的多元主体参与教育公共治理中。教育学者是重要的参与主体,教育学者参与公共治理较为集中和相对有效的途径是通过介入教育实践的方式展开,教育学者在介入时,通过促进国家权力和政治价值的落实与公共价值的生成、揭示不平等权力关系并解放实践者潜能、重构学校内部权力关系和改革管理模式等,对教育公共治理的格局产生影响。为更好促进教育学者以介入方式参与教育治理,需要完善相应的制度建设和基础保障,提升学者专业性和实践影响力,促进多元组织间形成相互协作的关系网络。Education modernization proposes to promote the modernization of the education governance system and governance capacity.Based on the theory of public governance,the achievement of this goal requires the promotion of multiple subjects at the social level to participate in the public governance of education.Education scholars are important participants.The more centralized and relatively effective way for education scholars to participate in public governance is carried out by intervening in educational practice.When educational scholars intervene,they have an impact on the pattern of educational public governance by promoting the implementation of state power and political values and the generation of public values,revealing unequal power relations and liberating the potential of practitioners,reconstructing the school's internal power and reforming governance patterns.In order to better promote educational scholars to participate in educational governance through intervention,it is necessary to improve the corresponding system construction and basic guarantee,enhance the professionalism and practical influence of scholars,and promote the formation of a cooperative relationship network between multiple organizations.
