摘　　要：劳动教育是高职院校坚持立德树人根本任务,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的新时代中国特色社会主义建设者的有效措施。本文从开展劳动教育对高职院校具有的重要意义,针对高职院校学生开展劳动教育实施现状的调研分析等方面入手,提出了最大限度发挥会劳动教育效果的研究对策,助力高职院校培养具有新时代中国特色社会主义劳动观的高素质技术技能人才。Labor education is an effective measure for higher vocational colleges to adhere to the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era with the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.This paper from the labor education of higher vocational colleges,for higher vocational college students to carry out the present situation of labor education implementation research,analysis,puts forward the maximum effect of labor education research countermeasures,help higher vocational colleges training has a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics labor concept of high-quality technical skills personnel.
