校企合作中交互性固定资产管理与效用提升研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国产教融合政策的不断推进,职业院校与企业合作范围不断扩大,数以万计的国有固定资产投入到合作企业中,这些交互性固定资产游离于职业院校常规管理体系之外。为更好实现这类资产的安全管理和有效使用,职业院校要在交互性固定资产安全管理与效用方面同时着力,在做好国有资产安全管理的基础上,把育人效果与资产使用效益量化为标准值作为合作指标,从参与交互性资产投入的盈利分红、保护合作企业合理利润诉求等方面最大程度提升国有资产使用效益,进而反哺职业院校人才培养和学校发展,为我国职业教育改革发展做出应有的贡献。In recent years,with the continuous promotion of China’s educational integration policy,the scope of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises has been expanding,and tens of thousands of state-owned fixed assets have been invested in cooperative enterprises.These interactive fixed assets are dissociated from the regular management system of vocational colleges to better realize the safe management and effective use of such assets.Vocational colleges should focus on the safety management and effectiveness of interactive fixed assets at the same time.On the basis of doing a good job in the safety management of state-owned assets,they should quantify the education effect and asset use efficiency as standard values as cooperation indicators,participate in the profit sharing of interactive asset investment,protect the reasonable profit appeal of cooperative enterprises,and maximize the use efficiency of state-owned assets.In turn,it feeds back the talent cultivation and school development of vocational colleges and contributions to the reform and development of vocational education in China.
