摘　　要：分析“岗课赛证”和思政融入现状,针对中药调剂技术课程进行“岗课赛证+思政融通”综合育人模式研究,以岗定课、以证定标、以赛提质、思政融通,并基于“岗课赛证+思政融通”进行课程资源开发、教学与评价模式改革,以达到强化学生职业技能,增强学生岗位能力和职业意识的目的,为职业院校同类课程教学改革提供思路。Analyze the current situation of"post course competition certification"and Ideological&Political integration,conduct research on the comprehensive education mode of"post course competition certification+Ideological&Political integration"for Chinese medicine dispensing technology courses,determine courses based on posts,determine standards based on certificates,improve quality based on competitions,and Ideological&Political integration,and conduct course resource development,teaching,and evaluation mode reform based on"post course competition certification+Ideological&Political integration"to strengthen students′vocational skills.This aims to enhance students′job abilities and professional awareness,and provide ideas for the teaching reform of similar courses in vocational colleges.
