摘 要:目的对我国医学整合课程的研究进展和发展趋势进行可视化,为该领域后续研究提供思路。方法采用文献计量软件CiteSpace和Ucinet对中国知网(CNKI)1999—2022年8月的1587篇文献的作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果(1)医学整合课程的研究数量从2008年呈现出逐年上升趋势,在2014—2019年达到历史最高峰;研究成果主要发表在非核心的教育类刊物;该领域已形成了一些核心研究团队,但跨高校间的合作欠缺。(2)整合课程研究热点的演化过程首先从基础医学内部学科横向整合开始,逐渐发展到基础医学与临床医学,及医学与相关学科如信息技术、人文课程的纵向渗透。从理论课程间的整合到理论教学与实践教学的融合。从单纯知识的传授到素质教育实施和卓越医师的培养。结论各高校间整合课程研究的发展并不平衡,交流合作不足。应用适宜的教学方法,以临床为中心,基础医学和实践教学有机融合是当下医学整合课程的研究热点。尚缺少将预防医学进行整合的研究,未来还需在此方面加大工作力度。Objective To visualize the research progress and development trend of medical integration curriculum in China,and to provide ideas for subsequent research in this field.Methods The bibliometric software CiteSpace and Ucinet were used to visualize and analyze the authors,institutions and keywords of 1587 documents from China Knowledge Network(CNKI)since 1999 to August 2022.Results The number of studies on integrated health care programs has increased each year since 2008,reaching a historical peak during 2014 and 2019.Research were mainly published in non-core educational journals.Some core research teams have been formed in this field,but cross-university collaboration was lack.The evolutionary process of research hotspots of integrated curriculum starts from horizontal integration of disciplines within basic medicine,and gradually develops to vertical penetration of basic medicine and clinical medicine,and medicine and related disciplines such as information technology and humanities curriculum.From the integration between theoretical courses to the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.From the transfer of pure knowledge to the implementation of quality education and the cultivation of excellent physician.Conclusions The development of integrated curriculum research among universities is uneven,and communication and cooperation are insufficient.The application of appropriate teaching methods,clinical focus,and organic integration of basic medicine and practical teaching are the current research hotspots of medical integration courses.However,few studies have integrated preventive medicine,and more work is needed in this area in the future..
