摘  要:幼小衔接作为基础教育的关键一环,是延续高质量教育的重要手段,更是幼儿顺利过渡到义务教育的重要开端。挪威政府围绕着尊重幼儿兴趣的理念,多元互动建构幼小衔接等手段,推动着幼小衔接工作的有序开展。我国应采取尊重幼儿兴趣与需要,建构以幼儿为本的幼小衔接;强化政府的关键引领,推动幼小衔接一体化发展;发挥幼儿园的主要作用,协同多方完善幼小衔接内容;重视不同儿童的需求,推动幼小衔接的公平发展等措施,有效地推动落实科学幼小衔接的工作进程。As a critical part of basic education,the transition from kindergarten to primary school is an important means of continuing high-quality education,and it is also an important beginning of smooth transition to compulsory education.Therefore,Norway government takes lots of measures including respecting children's interests,and encouraging multi-agent to participate in the program.On the basis of analyzing the relevant policies and measures in Norway,we got some suggestions:firstly,we should respect young children's interests and developmental needs;secondly,government should strengthen the key guidance and promote the integrated development of this item;thirdly,kindergartens should take the main role and improve the content of the item.Finally,all of us should pay more attention to the needs of those of disadvantaged children and try to achieve educational equity.
