摘 要:围绕吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的建设与实施过程,首先阐述鲁班工坊人才培养模式的“五化”要素,然后介绍吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的“两分享四作为”实践做法,最后分别从宏观和微观两方面总结吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的特色。该人才培养模式在国内“供给端”和国际“需求端”形成了产教融合特色,体现了“国际化”职教体系特色,彰显了“中国化”产教跨界实力,为持续构建鲁班工坊国际化专业人才培养模式提供参考。Centering on the construction and implementation process of cultivation model for business major and logistics major in Djibouti Luban Workshop,this paper firstly expounds the"five characteristics"of business major and logistics major training mode in Djibouti Luban Workshop,then introduces the practice of"two sharing and four acting"of the training mode of business major and logistics major in Djibouti Luban Workshop,and summarizes the characteristics of the training mode of business major and logistics major in Djibouti Luban Workshop in the end.The cultivation model of business major and logistics major in Luban Workshop has formed a characteristic of integration between industry and education on both domestic"supply side"and international"demand side".It reflects the characteristics of internationalized vocational education system and highlights the cross-border strength of"Sinicization"industry and education,and will provide reference for the continuous construction of Luban Workshop's cultivation model for international major.
