自动脂肪抽提仪在检测菜籽脂肪含量中的意义分析

摘  要:目的:分析自动脂肪抽提仪在菜籽脂肪含量检测中的应用意义。方法:选取2022年1—12月贵阳地区的菜籽作为研究对象,分别利用自动脂肪抽提仪与索氏抽提法对不同菜籽品种的脂肪含量进行定量检测,并探索自动脂肪抽提仪的最优条件。结果:自动脂肪抽提仪检测的菜籽脂肪含量与索氏抽提法相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同粉碎方式、不同沸腾时间、不同淋洗时间、不同回收时间的脂肪含量检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在菜籽脂肪含量检测中,自动脂肪抽提仪的检测结果与索氏抽提法相近,且研磨仪粉碎、沸腾45 min、淋洗20 min、回收10 min为自动脂肪抽提仪检测菜籽脂肪含量的最优条件。Objective:To analyze the significance of the application of automatic fat extraction instrument in the detection of fat content of rapeseed.Method:Rapeseeds from Guiyang area from January to December 2022 were selected for the study,and the fat content of different rapeseed varieties was quantified using the automatic fat extractor and the Soxhlet extraction method,respectively,and the optimal conditions of the automatic fat extractor were explored.Result:There was no significant difference in rapeseed fat content detected by automatic fat extractor compared with Soxhlet extraction method(P>0.05);the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the fat content results of different crushing methods,different boiling times,different drenching times and different recovery times.Conclusion:The results of the automatic fat extractor were similar to those of the Soxhlet extraction method in the determination of the fat content of rapeseed,and the optimal conditions for the determination of the fat content of rapeseed by the automatic fat extractor were grinding,boiling for 45 min,rinsing for 20 min and recovery for 10 min.
