摘　　要：标准化的社区教育师资队伍培育体系及高质量的社区教育课程开发是促进社区教育“提质增优”发展、实现社区教育教学方针目标达成的关键要素。社区教育师资队伍建设及层级式社区教育课程构建对满足社区居民学习需求、推进社区健康发展具有重要意义。为满足社区居民多元化及高质量的教育需要,社区教育的师资人员配比应严格实行考核准入机制,课程的开发设计应坚持以社区居民实际需求为本位,丰富课程内容和改进教学方式。通过加强课程管理和保障、开发地域文化课程、创新课程展现形势等方式来促进社区教育人才队伍及课程质量的提升。The standardized training system of community education teachers and the development of high-quality community education curriculum are the key elements to promote the development of“improving the quality”of community education and to achieve the goals of community education and teaching.The construction of community education teacher team and hierarchical community education curriculum is of great significance to meet the learning needs of community residents and promote the healthy development of community.In order to meet the diverse and high-quality education needs of community residents,the assessment and access mechanism should be strictly implemented in the ratio of community education teachers.The development and design of courses should adhere to the actual needs of community residents as the standard,the course content should be enriched and teaching methods should be improved.It is necessary to strengthen curriculum management and security,develop regional culture curriculum,innovate curriculum presentation situation to promote the community education team and curriculum quality improvement.
