摘 要:本研究旨在探讨职业社会化对青年体育教师实践知识、教学内容信心及教学实践实施的影响。研究对象:2020年郑州市12所高职院校115名新进青年体育教师。数据来源包括非参与者的课堂观察和半结构化的深入教师访谈。研究分两个阶段进行。首先,通过归纳整合职业社会化理论,针对研究问题为每位教师创建了一个案例叙事。之后进行跨案例分析,以提供对数据集的全面和深入理解。结果表明:教师的职业社会化经历影响着教师的教学信心、规划实践和实施教学行动;教师教育项目的经历拓展了他们的实践知识,并在体育教学中体现出来。据此建议:在设计教师教育的教学结构时,应充分考虑职前教师在教学、办学、运动、体育等方面的经验,加强教师在体育教学方面的知识和技能,为学生提供优质的学习体验。This study aims to explore the influence of vocational socialization on young P.E.teachers’practical knowledge,confidence in teaching content,and teaching practice.The study involved 115 new young P.E.teachers irom 12 higher vocational schools in Zhengzhou in 2020.The sources of data included non-participants’observations in class and semi-structured in-depth teacher interviews.The analysis was conducted in two phases.First,we created a case narrative for each teacher by inductive integration of vocational socialization theories.In the second phase,cross-case analyses were completed to generate a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the data set.The findings reveal that teachers’previous experience in vocational socialization affects their teaching confidence,planning practice and execution of teaching actions.In addition,teachers’experience in teacher education programs has expanded their practical knowledge,which is reflected in physical education teaching.Therefore,we suggest that in the structural design of teacher education,pre-service teachers’experience in teaching,running schools,sports and physical education should be given full considerations,so as to strengthen P.E.teachers’professional knowledge and skills and provide students with high-quality learning experience.
