摘　　要：职业教育一体化是实现区域职业教育高质量发展的必要因素。引入圈层结构理论的研究新视角,以职业教育单元协作、资源整合、环境建设与界面传递为职业教育一体化的要素保障,以职业教育环境质量提升带动、城产教融合推动、职业教育资源配置联动和职业教育治理制度驱动为其运行条件,以共生发展的职业教育环境质量提升体系、统筹协调的城产教融合发展体系、共享发展的职业教育资源联动体系和运行有效的职业教育政策制度体系为其支持系统,由此构建了职业教育一体化圈层体系理论框架,为我国职业教育一体化系统研究提供理论依据和方法体系。The integration of vocational education is a necessary factor for realizing the high-quality development of regional vocational education.This paper introduces a new research perspective of the theory of circle structure,takes unit collaboration,resource integration,environmental construction and interface transmission of vocational education as the guarantee of the integration of vocational education,and takes the promotion of environmental quality of vocational education,the integration of urban industry and education,the linkage of vocational education resource allocation and the drive of vocational education governance system as its operating conditions.Based on the environmental quality improvement system of vocational education for symbiotic development,the integrated development system of urban industry and education for coordinated development,the resource linkage system of shared development and the effective operation of vocational education policy system as support system,the theoretical framework of the integration of vocational education circle system is constructed,which provides theoretical basis and methods system for the integration of vocational education system study in our state.
