摘  要:文章以天津商务职业学院现代物流管理专业为例,分析得出高职院校应该以“岗课赛证”模式作为专职教师的主要培训手段,力图实现课堂教学模式多样化、时效化。高职院校应以实现“产教融合”“岗课衔接”为根本目的,在数字化高速发展的当下,贴合物流企业的岗位需求,不断提高教师的教学水平。Taking the modern logistics management major of Tianjin College of Commerce as an example,it is concluded that higher vocational colleges should take the“post course competition certificate”mode as the main training means for fulltime teachers,and try to make the classroom teaching mode more diverse and time-efficient.With the rapid development of digitalization,higher vocational colleges should aim at achieving“the integration between industry and education”and“post and class connection”,meet the post needs of logistics enterprises,and constantly improve the teaching level of teachers.
