摘 要:改革开放以来,中国的特殊师范教育经历了体系初创、变革与调整和融合与提升三个发展阶段,逐步建构了相对系统的特殊师范教育体系,为全国特殊教育事业发展培养了大量专业化师资,探索形成了多元化的师资培训模式,促进了残疾儿童教育普及率的提升,推动了中国社会的文明和进步,为实现残疾人全面小康作出了重要贡献。在全面建设社会主义现代化强国,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的背景下,肩负着新时代赋予的“促进教育公平”“强化特殊教育普惠发展”的光荣使命,我国的特殊师范教育必须顺应特殊教育高质量发展的要求,培养更多高水平专业化师资,培养适应普特融合的“宽口径”教师人才,继续加大特殊教育教师职后培训力度,推进中国特殊教育教师队伍整体质量提升,在中国式现代化进程中为残疾人事业现代化作出应有的贡献。since reform and opening up,special normal education in china has gone through three development stages:system start-up,reform and adjustment,integration and promotion.over the past 40 years,china has gradually built a relatively systematic special normal education system,trained a large number of professional teachers for the national cause of special education,and explored the formation of a diversified teacher training mode.it has promoted the popularization of education for disabled children,promoted the civilization and progress of chinese society,and made important contributions to the realization of well-off people for disabled people in an all-round way.under the background of comprehensively building a modern socialist with chinese-style modernization,the new era enforces the glorious mission of“promoting educational equity”and“strengthening the inclusivecountry and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the chinese nation development of special education”.china’s special normal education must comply with the requirements of high-quality development of special education and train more high-level professional teachers.we will continue to intensify post-service training of special education teachers,improve the overall quality of china’s special education teachers,and make due contributions to the modernization of the cause of persons with Disabilities in the Process of Chinese-Style Modernization.
