摘  要:目的:研究以能力为导向的病理实验课临床化教学改革对学生学习能力与解决实际问题能力的提升效果。方法:选取某医学院校2019级本科临床医学专业4个班共计129人作为研究对象,以班级为单位按随机原则分为试验组与对照组,每组2个班。对照组采用常规教学方法,试验组采用模拟临床工作实际场景的病理检验实操与病例诊断式实验课教学改革,为期一学期。结果:试验组学生的病理实验考试、期末考试成绩及对课程的满意程度等均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以能力为导向的病理实验课临床化教学有利于提高学生的学习效果并促进综合能力与素质的提升。Objective:To investigate the improvement of students'learning ability and problem-solving ability after carrying out a competency-based teaching reform of pathology laboratory courses.Methods:A total of 129 students from 4 classes of clinical medicine major of a medical school in grade 2019 were selected as the subjects,and the classes were divided into experimental and control groups according to the principle of randomization,with 2 classes in each group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received pathology diagnosis and operation training simulating clinical work for one semester.Result:The scores of pathology examination and final examination,and the satisfaction with the course in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A competency-based pathology laboratory course that simulates clinical pathology diagnosis is conducive to improving students'academic performance and promoting the enhancement of their comprehensive abilities and qualities.
