摘 要:目的:探讨PBL-网络-高仿真模拟人结合传统授课四位一体化教学模式在急诊医学中的应用效果。方法:随机选择蚌埠医学院2019级临床医学专业本科生100名为研究对象。随机分为2组,每组50名。传统教学组采用班级授课;教学改革组采用PBL-网络-高仿真模拟人结合传统授课四位一体化教学法。课程结束进行统一考核,对教学效果评价,学生及教师进行满意度评分。结果:教学改革组的理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩、总成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.01);教学改革组学习兴趣评分、积极性评分、自主学习能力评分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05),但2组临床思维能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学改革组学生对教师满意度、教师对学生满意度评分、学生自我满意度评分均高于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论:互联网+背景下混合式教学模式能够提高学生的急诊医学的学习成绩、提升学习效果、提高师生之间的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of“four in one”teaching modes of PBL-network-high simulation simulator combined with traditional lectures in Emergency Medicine.Methods:A total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine,grade of 2019,from the First Clinical College of Bengbu Medical College,were randomly selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 students in each group.The traditional teaching group received class lectures.The teaching reform group received the“four in one”teaching method of PBL-network-high simulation simulator combined with traditional lectures.Uniform assessment,evaluation of teaching effectiveness,and satisfaction rating by students and teachers were performed at the end of the course.Results:The theoretical exam score,skill assessment score and total score in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).The scores of learning interest,motivation and independent learning ability in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05),but the difference between the clinical thinking ability scores of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of students'satisfaction with teachers,teachers'satisfaction with students,and students'self-satisfaction were all higher in the teaching reform group than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Blended teaching mode under the background of Internet+can improve students'learning performance in Emergency Medicine,improve learning effect,and improve satisfaction between teachers and students.
