摘　　要：针对士官学员的特点和实际情况,以突出技能培养为教学目标,通过重构实验教学体系、创新实验教学模式、打造“双师型”教学团队等措施,进行教学改革探索和实践,进一步增强了教学效果,激发了学员的学习兴趣,有效提高了学员的动手能力和工程思维能力,为任职类电子技术课程实验教学提供了有效支撑。Based on the characteristics and reality of sergeant students,the exploration and practice are elaborated aiming to highlighting skill training in this paper,by rebuilding experimental teaching system,innovating experimental teaching mode,and creating"double-qualified"teaching team.The teaching effect is enhanced.The students'interest in learning is stimulated.The students'hands-on ability and engineering thinking ability are improved effectively.And effective support is provided for the experimental teaching of professional electronic technology courses.
