摘  要:掌握药用植物中生物碱的提取、分离和结构鉴定是天然药物化学实验课程教学的重要部分。本文以贵州道地药材钩藤为研究对象,首先对其中生物碱类成分进行提取,之后对混合生物碱进行分离,最后对分离得的单体生物碱进行结构鉴定。在教学过程中,本实验可以锻炼学生掌握中药材中活性物质的提取、分离和结构鉴定的基础知识和基本技能,提高学生科研思维、解决问题和分析问题的综合能力;同时,对培养学生热爱本专业,热爱家乡,开发家乡药用植物资源有重要意义。It is an important part of natural medicine chemistry experiment course to master the extraction,separation and structure identification of alkaloids in medicinal plants.In this paper,Uncariarhynchophylla(Miq.)Miq.exHavil.,a native medicinal herb in Guizhou,was selected as the research object.Firstly,the alkaloids were extracted,and then the mixed alkaloids were separated.Finally,the structure of the isolated monomer alkaloids was identified.In the teaching process,this experiment can train students to master the basic knowledge and skills of extraction,separation and structure identification of active substances in Chinese medicinal materials,and improve students'comprehensive ability of scientific research thinking,problem solving and problem analysis;At the same time,it is of great significance to train students to love their major,love their hometown and develop medicinal plant resources in their hometown.
