摘 要:实践教学是培养学生实践能力与职业综合能力的主要手段。《化工仿真与DCS》作为高职高专应用化工技术专业的核心课程,以“认识化工生产——化工生产基本知识——典型化工单元操作——典型化工生产项目”为主线。依托化工生产仿真软件,通过对典型化工产品生产过程的仿真操作,使学生具备一定的化工生产过程分析和操控能力,毕业后更能尽快适应或胜任工作岗位。本文从项目实施意义、课程教学内容、三维教学目标、教学方法运用、课程资源整合、课程评价体系等方面阐述了“赛证”融合下《化工仿真与DCS》课程改革与实践的过程,课程改革更好地达成了教学目标,提升了专业人才培养质量。Practical teaching is the main means of cultivating students'practical and vocational comprehensive abilities.Chemical Simulation and DCS,as the core course of applied chemical technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,takes“understanding chemical production-basic knowledge of chemical production-typical chemical unit operation-typical chemical production project”as the main line.By relying on chemical production simulation software and simulating the production process of typical chemical products,students are equipped with certain abilities in chemical production process analysis and control,enabling them to adapt to or be competent in their job positions as soon as possible after graduation.From the aspects of project implementation significance,course teaching content,three-dimensional teaching objectives,application of teaching methods,integration of course resources,and course evaluation system,this article elaborates on the process of reform and practice of the“Chemical Simulation and DCS”course under the integration of“competition certification”.The curriculum reform has better achieved teaching objectives and improved the quality of professional talent cultivation.
