摘 要:目的探讨神经内科临床教学活动中联合开展问题式教学法、案例教学法的效果。方法选择2022年1—10月在宜兴市人民医院神经内科临床实习的130名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机信封抽签结果分为对照组(65名)与观察组(65名),对照组教学活动采取常规教学模式,观察组教学活动开展问题式教学法联合案例教学法模式,对比两组实习生学习成绩、教学前后学习能力及思维能力水平变化。结果考核后,观察组实习生理论成绩、神经系统检查成绩、病案分析成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生教学后学习能力及思维能力各分项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科开展临床教学活动时,巧妙联合问题式教学法与案例教学法,能够明显提高学习成绩,帮助学生建立良好学习及思维能力,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of the combination of problem-based teaching method and case teaching method in the clinical teaching activities of neurology.Methods 130 interns who had clinical practice in the Department of Neurology of Yixing People's Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(65 people)and an observation group(65 people)according to the results of random envelope lottery.The teaching activities of the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the observation group carried out the problem-based teaching method combined with the Case method mode,and compared the learning achievements,learning ability and thinking ability of the two groups of interns before and after teaching.Results After assessment,the theoretical scores,neurological examination scores and case analysis scores of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of learning ability and thinking ability of interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of problem-based teaching method and case teaching method in the clinical teaching activities of neurology department can significantly improve the learning performance,help students establish good learning and thinking ability,and improve the quality of teaching.
