摘  要:目的探究耳鼻喉教学应用治趣APP对提升医学生临床思维能力及教学效果的影响。方法选取2022年1—6月间齐齐哈尔医学院2019级临床影像专业的181名临床见习医学生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为研究组(90名)和对照组(91名),对照组应用传统教学模式,研究组在此基础上应用治趣平台进行教学。比较两组医学生的临床思维能力、教学效果的评价情况,同时分析两组医学生的期末理论考试成绩与临床思维能力的相关性。结果研究组医学生的问诊/病史采集、解决问题、患者管理等6个方面及总分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组医学生在提高注意力、提高自主学习能力、提高学习信心等7个方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组期末考试理论成绩(97.02±1.45)分高于对照组(93.46±1.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.97,P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,期末考试理论成绩分值与临床思维能力呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉教学应用治趣APP提升医学生临床思维能力,同时调动学生学习的积极性,有益于培养学生自主学习和团队协作的能力,整体提高学生成绩。Objective To investigate the impact of application of the curefun APP in otorhinolaryngology teaching to enhance the clinical thinking ability and teaching effect of medical students.Methods One hundred and eighty-one clinical trainee medical students in the clinical imaging program of Qiqihar Medical College,class of 2019,were selected as the study subjects from January to June 2022.They were divided into a study group(90)and a control group(91)according to the random number method.The control group applied the traditional teaching mode,and the research group applied the treatment interest platform on this basis.The evaluation of clinical thinking ability and teaching effect of medical students in the two groups were compared,and the correlation between the final theoretical examination scores and clinical thinking ability of medical students in the two groups was also analyzed.Results The score and total score in six aspects of questioning/history taking,problem solving,and patient management of the medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group in seven areas such as improving attention, improving independent learning ability, and improving confidence in learning, and the dif ferences were statistically significant (P<0.001). The theoretical score of the final examination in the study group (97.02±1.45) points was higher than that of the control group (93.46±1.37) points, and the difference was statistically significant (t=16.97, P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the theoretical score of the final examination was positively correlated with clinical thinking ability (r=0.360, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of CureFun APP for ear, nose and throat teaching improves medical students' clinical thinking ability, while mobilizing students' learning enthusiasm, which is beneficial to cultivate students' independent learning
