摘　　要：“五育并举,全面育人”是时代发展对人才培养提出的新命题,高等教育要贯彻落实“五育”的培养目标和任务。护理学导论作为护理专业学生的启蒙课,在德智体美劳全面发展的护理人才的培养中有着重要作用。五育并举,以德为先。在护理学导论的教学中,课程思政的有效融入对于学生专业信念的建立,专业思想的稳定和科学职业观的树立至关重要。在对课程特点和学生学情深入分析的基础上,将美育和劳育与德育教育有效融合,挖掘提炼课程思政教学元素,引入多种教学方法,将其与课程教学有效融入,对于创新教学改革,推动人才培养具有重要意义。Simultaneous development of five educations and comprehensive cultivation is a new proposition put forward by the development of the times for talent training,higher education should implement the training objectives and tasks of simultaneous development of five educations.As an enlightening course for nursing students,the introduction to nursing plays an important role in the cultivation of nursing talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Moral education is the primary of the five educations.In the teaching of Introduction to Nursing,the effective integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum is crucial to the establishment of students professional beliefs,the stability of their professional thoughts and the establishment of scientific professional outlook.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the curriculum and students learning,we effectively integrate aesthetic education,labor education and moral education,digging and refining the teaching elements of ideological and political theory education,by introducing a variety of teaching method,integrate it with curriculum teaching effectively.This is of great significance for the innovation of teaching reform in the introduction of nursing and the promotion of personnel training.
