摘  要:目的探讨在内分泌科护士岗位管理中应用责任制弹性排班制度的方法及效果。方法2021年1—6月期间予枝江市中医医院13名内分泌科护士实行传统排班制度,2021年7—12月期间实行责任制弹性排班制度。记录并对比两个时间段采用不同排班制度后对内分泌科护士工作压力、工作倦怠感的影响,以及上述时间段不同人群(护士、医生、患者)满意度评价结果。结果2021年7—12月内分泌科护士BSSI、MBI评分均低于2021年1—6月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2021年7—12月内分泌科护士、医生及患者对护理工作满意度(100.00%、100.00%、99.00%)均高于2021年1—6月(69.23%、80.00%、89.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科应用责任制弹性排班制度有利于降低护士工作压力、工作倦怠感,对维持良好的医护患关系也具有积极意义。Objective To explore the method and effect of applying the flexible scheduling system of responsibility in the job management of nurses in the endocrinology department.Methods From January to June 2021,13 nurses in the Department of endocrinology in Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be provided with traditional scheduling system,and from July to December 2021,responsibility flexible scheduling system will be provided.The effects of adopting different scheduling systems on the work stress and job burnout of endocrinology nurses during the two time periods were recorded and compared,as well as the results of satisfaction evaluation of different groups of people(nurses,doctors,and patients)during the above time periods.Results The BSSI and MBI scores of endocrinology nurses in July to December 2021 were lower than those in January to June 2021,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the satisfaction of nurses,physicians and patients with nursing care in July to December 2021(100.00%,100.00%,99.00%)was higher than that in January to June 2021(69.23%,80.00%,89.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the flexible scheduling system of responsibility in the endocrinology department is conducive to reducing nurses'work stress and job burnout,and also has positive significance for maintaining a good doctor-patient relationship.
