摘　　要：我国已进入全面数字化、智能化转型的新阶段,为适应以数字技术增进公共服务、改善社会治理的需要,高校和用人单位对公共管理本科实践教学提出了更高的要求。当前,公共管理本科实践教学仍存在教育理念滞后、课程内容简单、软硬件资源匮乏等问题,制约了应用型、技能型人才培养。应明确“知识、能力、素质”协同型人才培养目标,通过数智赋能创新本科实践教学模式,推动“新公管”学科优化升级。China has entered a new stage of comprehensive digitalization and intelligent transformation.In order to meet the needs of enhancing public services and improving social governance with digital technology,colleges and universities and employers have put forward higher requirements for the undergraduate practical teaching of public administration.At present,there are still problems in the undergraduate practical teaching of public administration,such as lagging educational concepts,simple course content,and lack of hardware and software resources,which restrict the cultivation of applied and skilled talents.The goal of cultivating theory-ability-quality collaborative talents should be clarified,and the undergraduate practical teaching mode should be innovated based on the empowerment of digital intelligence,so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of the“new public administration”discipline.
