摘  要:针对钢铁热连轧制产线的立式活套存在的缺陷,通过从材料和结构方面着手,提出一种新型立式活套,大幅提高活套使用寿命.此外,由于钢铁热连轧制产线整体与钢铁在轧制过程中产生相互之间的作用力,影响线材质量流量,需要考虑轧制机与活套的控制,因此本文提出了一种基于CDM控制的新型鲁棒控制系统,实现活套系统的柔顺控制,提高对线材横截面直径的张力控制精度,增加轧钢的产品质量.经现场采集活套角度以及线材横截面直径数据表明,采用新型鲁棒控制系统可将线材横截面直径偏差控制在±0.15mm范围内.并且根据工厂使用立式活套的反馈,新型立式活套使用寿命相较原先的立式活套增加至少3倍.To solve the inadequacies of vertical loopers in steel hot strip rolling production lines,a new form of vertical looper is presented that begins with materials and structures and enhances the looper's service life greatly.Furthermore,because the interaction between the steel production line and the steel during the rolling process affects the quality flow rate of the wire rod,both the rolling mill and the looper must be controlled.As a result,this study proposes a novel robust control system based on CDM control to accomplish flexible management of the active looper,enhance tension control accuracy of the wire rod's cross-sectional diameter,and improve steel rolling product quality.On-site data on the looper angle and wire rod cross-sectional diameter demonstrate that the new robust control system can control the wire rod cross-sectional diameter deviation within a defined range.Furthermore,based on feedback from the factory's use of the vertical looper,the service life of the new vertical looper is at least three times that of the original vertical looper.
