摘  要:试验比较了工蜂采食天然蜜粉源、饲喂糖水和饲喂代花粉三种不同饲喂条件下所产蜂王浆的水溶性蛋白、总糖、总酚、葡萄糖氧化酶及体外抗氧化能力。结果表明:蜂王浆中水溶性蛋白含量和饲喂条件有关且存在极显著差异,饲喂代花粉生产的蜂王浆中水溶性蛋白含量最高,为59.48 mg/g;而不同饲喂条件下蜂王浆的总糖、总酚酸、葡萄糖氧化酶和羟基自由基清除率无显著性差异;饲喂代花粉生产的蜂王浆与采食天然蜜粉源生产的蜂王浆存在极显著差异。相关性分析表明蜂王浆葡萄糖氧化酶活性与总糖之间存在极显著负相关性,与羟自由基清除率和总抗氧化能力呈极显著正相关性,总酚酸与总糖呈极显著负相关。研究结果对蜂王浆生产具有一定的参考意义。This study compared the water-soluble protein,total sugar,total phenol,glucose oxidase and antioxidant capacity in vitro of royal jelly produced by worker bees under three different feeding conditions of natural flower source,sugar water and pollen substitute.The results showed that the content of water-soluble protein in royal jelly was related to the feeding conditions and there was a significant difference.The content of water-soluble protein in royal jelly produced by feeding substitute pollen was the highest,reaching 59.48 mg/g.However,there was no significant difference in total sugar,total phenolic acid,glucose oxidase and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of royal jelly under different feeding conditions.There was a significant difference between the royal jelly produced by feeding substitute pollen and the royal jelly produced by feeding natural honey powder.The correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant negative correlation between the glucose oxidase activity of royal jelly and total sugar,and a very significant positive correlation with the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and total antioxidant capacity;Total phenolic acid and total sugar were significantly negatively correlated.The research results have certain reference significance for the production of royal jelly.
