摘　　要：面对日益扩张的电子烟消费市场,水果口味类电子烟越来越受到欢迎,甜味剂的大量应用成为水果风味畅销的关键因素,因此,电子烟烟液中使用的甜味剂受到了极大关注。文章介绍了主要天然甜味剂和人工合成甜味剂的种类、各甜味剂的甜度及甜味感官特征、甜味剂复配等,为电子烟烟液中甜味剂开发利用以及产品质量安全提供依据和参考。In the face of the ever-expanding e-cigarette market,fruit-flavored e-cigarettes are becoming more and more popular,and the large-scale application of sweeteners has become a key factor for fruit-flavored sales.Therefore,the sweeteners used in e-liquid for electronic cigarette have received great attention.This paper introduces the types of main natural sweeteners and artificial synthetic sweeteners,the sweetness and sweetness sensory characteristics of each sweetener,and the combination of sweeteners,which can provide basis and reference for quality and safety.
