摘　　要：在课程思政背景下,为提高地方高校学生的就业竞争力,对以“培养学生情绪控制能力”为核心的情商教育如何引入地方高校“生物化学”课程教学中进行了探讨和实践。所采用的途径包括:(1)利用生物化学知识的讲解,让学生认识到不良情绪对人体的危害;(2)通过讲生物化学家的故事,让学生学习科学家怎样进行情绪控制;(3)通过“学生讲堂”活动使学生树立自信心,提升情绪控制能力;(4)在教学活动中渗透辩证思维方法教育,培养学生的情绪控制能力;(5)通过团队合作,帮助学生调控自己的情绪。Under the ideological and political background of the curriculum,in order to improve the employment competitiveness of local college students,this paper discusses and practices how to introduce EQ education with the core of“cultivating students’emotional control ability”into the teaching of“Biochemistry”in local colleges and universities.The ways adopted include:(1)Make students realize the harm of bad emotions to the human body by using the explanation of biochemistry knowledge;(2)Let students learn how scientists control emotions by telling stories of biochemists;(3)Through the“Student Lecture”activity,students can establish self-confidence and improve their ability to control emotions;(4)Infiltrate dialectical thinking method education in teaching activities to cultivate students’ability to control emotions;(5)Help students control their emotions through teamwork.
