摘  要:为实现黄酒酒龄的快速在线检测,构建便携式电子鼻检测系统,并根据黄酒芳香气体的主要构成选择8种气体传感器组建电子鼻传感器阵列,结合电子鼻检测的流程设计专用气室,采用STM32F407作为系统数据采集和自动控制的核心处理器。系统采集的数据通过DTU直接上传到云平台,通过随机森林算法提取电子鼻检测数据的特征,实现黄酒酒龄的快速鉴别。应用表明,该系统能实现不同品牌黄酒酒龄的快速检测,平均识别率达98.5%,在黄酒检测领域有较强的实用价值。In order to realize the rapid online detection of rice wine age,a portable electronic nose detection system is constructed.According to the main composition of rice wine aromatic gas,a total of 8 kinds of gas sensors are selected to form an electronic nose sensor array.A special gas chamber is designed based on the flow of electronic nose detection.STM32F407 is used as the core processor of system data acquisition and automatic control.The data collected by the system is directly uploaded to the cloud platform through DTU,and the characteristics of the electronic nose detection data are extracted through the random forest algorithm to realize the rapid identification of the age of rice wine.The application shows that the system can realize the rapid detection of the age of different brands of rice wine,with an average recognition rate of 98.5%,and has strong practical value in the field of rice wine detection.
