摘 要:文中结合高职院校物流专业学生特点,提出加强校企合作与产教融合对接,依托武汉交通职业学院“三进一融”育人模式提高学生的实践能力,锻炼驿站学徒职业人意识和创新创业精神。改进校园内快递业务管理,制定适合校园快递驿站的日常管理规范制度和标准工作流程,加强学生思想政治教育与“产学研训创一体化”中心的融合,是凸显高职院校培养技术、技能型人才的育人功效,是全员全程全方育人的有效落实,是“三进一融”育人体系的重要举措。为加强学生思想政治教育和培养高素质的技术、技能型人才贡献力量。In combination with the characteristics of logistics major students in higher vocational colleges,this study puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the university-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,relies on the“three steps and one integration”education mode of Wuhan Technical College of Communications to improve the practical ability of students,and exercises the professional consciousness and creativity and entrepreneurial passion.Improving the management of campus express business,formulating the daily management standard system and standard work flow suitable for campus express post,strengthening the integration of students ideological and political education with the center of“integration of production,education,research,training and innovation”,is to highlight the education effect of technical and skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges,is the effective implementation of whole-process and whole-party education for all staff,and is an important measure of“three advances and one integration”education system.Make contribution to strengthen the ideological and political education of students and cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents.
